The Squirt League is for skaters aged 9 or 10. There is no checking at this age. The house program will practice at least once per week and play a total of 16 games throughout the season. A minimum of 8 games will be played out of the South Metro Sports complex.
Games have three 10-minute periods with stop time and players will normally change during the play. The Squirt House Program is open to skaters regardless of skill level. Generally the House Squirt Team will play teams from Dayton, Troy, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and South Charleston, West Virginia.

For the 2011 – 2012 Season the Squirt Level is for children born in 2001 or 2002.
